License Terms
All digital assets available through PryCity Digitals are distributed under specific license terms that govern how each product may be used, modified, shared, or redistributed. These terms are designed to protect the rights of both creators and users while ensuring legal clarity across all transactions.
General Licensing Guidelines
- Personal Use License: Allows usage for non-commercial, personal projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Commercial Use License: Grants permission to use assets in client work, marketing, monetized platforms, or for business purposes. Modification is allowed within the scope of the project.
- Extended Commercial License: Designed for high-volume use, SaaS integration, resale (within a packaged project), or commercial distribution at scale. Must comply with source restrictions where stated.
Key Restrictions
- You may not resell or redistribute assets “as-is” on any platform.
- License does not grant ownership; it grants rights of use under outlined terms.
- You must not claim authorship or misrepresent the origin of the asset.
- Use in illegal, harmful, or defamatory content is strictly forbidden.
- Some assets may contain third-party elements requiring additional compliance.
Contributor Assets
Products uploaded by contributors to PryCity Digitals are subject to the same licensing rules. Contributors agree to license their content with full rights and are responsible for confirming that their uploads do not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Revocation of License
PryCity Digitals reserves the right to revoke any license in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of terms. In such events, all usage must cease immediately, and the asset must be deleted from all systems, servers, or copies in possession.
License Modification
We may occasionally update our licensing terms to reflect new legal standards or platform updates. Users are notified of changes that affect future downloads. Continued use of the platform after any changes implies agreement with the updated terms.
